Voice Mobile is entering the second stage of its expansion plans as it looks to double its call centre staff in the coming months.
The Birmingham-based B2B dealer, which is an Orange Business Specialist and Vodafone Gold partner, moved to offices within the Fort Dunlop building in December, it’s third office move in 18 months.
The move enabled it to press ahead with plans for a 30-seater call centre with Voice sounding intentions to double its call centre staff in the coming months. Immediately following the move, it took on five call centre staffers.
Voice Mobile managing director Ian Watson (pictured) said: “We currently have 20 sales staffers and we’re in the process of bringing five more on board as part of the next stage of our development. Furthermore the plan add another eight people to that team to continue with our expansion.
“We have the infrastructure in place for all this to happen but it’s important we do this in small stages to ensure that the sale people are trained and fully up to speed with what we want to achieve.”
