Service and repair company A Novo has won a fulfilment deal for TalkTalk Broadband for a further three years. This follows on from an initial two-year period.
A Novo UK chief commercial officer Stephen Maxwell said: “We are delighted that TalkTalk has recognised our success to date and responded by extending this business for a further three years. To date, we have delivered a strong technical service that fully configures and customises each product with a username and password coupled with a strong logistics function to deliver the finished product to the consumer.
“We are committed to maintaining and improving our service for TalkTalk as we grow together in the coming years.”
TalkTalk supply chain manager Mike Wakley said: “Following on from our initial two year period, we are pleased to award A Novo a further three years managing our broadband fulfilment for our TalkTalk base of customers. As our business continues to grow, we are 110 per cent convinced that A Novo is the right partner to grow with us.
