B2B dealer Voice Mobile is to add 10 staff at its call centre staff after fitting new systems and software.
Voice Mobile, an Orange ‘business specialist’ and Vodafone ‘gold partner’, will increase its call centre head count from 15 to 25. The company moved to its Fort Dunlop building in Birmingham city centre in late December, its third office move in 18 months.
Voice Mobile managing director Ian Watson (pictured) said: “It is very satisfying to have moved into the next stage of our planned expansion. We’re not rushing into anything because we want to ensure that we train people to the best standard possible.
“Our call centre agents average two handset sales per day but I’m looking for them to increase that to five per day once everything is in place and has settled down. We have the infrastructure to achieve that and I’ve never felt more enthusiastic about the business.”
