Summary

The winning store decision was actually fairly close, with both independents doing a good job. But Phones 4U went that much further to make me feel valued than Carphone.

I expected there to be more options and was surprised that many of the networks did not have any deals at all to offer me.

Savings were noted but over a 24-month contract seemed low in comparison to the overall spend; shopping around on the internet may of yielded greater savings which would warrant further in store discussion.
