Orange will switch to an 80/20 revenue share model with indirect partners in Q3, Mobile News understands.
Orange confirmed it will increase revenue share in July, but refused to detail the split. Mobile News reported in February the network was looking to shift its 90/10 split to 80/20 by April. It has now briefed selected dealers of its plans to run the new scheme from July.
It is understood Orange will show considerable flexibility in the programme, with certain channel partners taking more share. Orange is also expected to offer upfront payment based on 21 months of line rental costs to help win business and cover kit. The upfront will be paid back each month through revenue share earned.
Orange said it intends to increase the levels of revenue share to encourage high value and long term relationships with customers.
