Summary

It was clear by far from the mystery shop that the handset for best video quality is the Sony Ericsson Vivaz. Rarely do stores give such a clear cut recommendation.

I was surprised by the frequency of staff confusion at how to demonstrate and talk about the Vivaz, especially due to its popularity.

Phones 4U and Carphone Warehouse were both great visits although the latter was let down by a handset that wasn’t demo-ready. Despite offering a better overall package initially in CPW the price match by Phones 4U sealed the deal in their favour.
