Dealer Sales Corner: Joined Up Communications

With today’s market place constantly evolving, it’s important that our business partners are provided with an additional route to market and an additional revenue into their businesses – and what better way to look at this than with O2’s ‘Joined Up Communication’.

Last year’s recession means that businesses have become more cost conscious and even though we are now seen as coming out of the recession, the mindset of saving money is something which will stick with businesses for years to come.

O2’s Joined Up Communication solution – offering mobiles, landlines and works well for both our Business Partners and their customers. Customers are offered a ‘one bill solution’ and one support number for both their landline and mobile queries. Calls to UK landlines are as low as 0.85p and various minute bolt ons can be added reducing the cost per minute even lower – making this solution one of the most cost effective on the market place.

And let’s not forget that if the customer also has an O2 mobile account, they can benefit from 2,000 minutes of UK calls to O2 mobiles from their ISDN line at no extra charge.

Selling O2’s solution really couldn’t be simpler for our partners. It’s laid out in exactly the same way as a mobile tariff, you have your monthly line rentals, call tariffs and prices, and of course the minute bolt-ons, to ensure your customers have the best tariff possible to suit their needs. And our O2 fixed line team is on hand to help partners with their Joined Up deals, by providing assistance through to tariff analysis.

Introducing the fixed line proposition into their portfolio enables partners to grow revenue from new and existing customers and assists them in retaining their customer base, therefore reducing churn levels.

Partners who sell the O2 Joined Up Communication portfolio will earn a cash bonus upfront and revenue share into their business. In May, partners can benefit from our O2 ‘May Money Mania’ – where they could earn a potential £150 cash per connection. Plus ongoing revenue share.
