Orange updates business website

Orange has relaunched its website for business customers in order to deliver a ‘best in class’ online experience, it said.

The redesigned website,, is intended to allow easier navigation with content and products organised by the size of the business.

Content is organised according to business customer type, from sole traders to small and medium sized businesses through to corporate and public sector entities. Each has access to tailored content and solutions to help increase productivity and allow them to deliver better services more efficiently to their own customers, Orange said.

A more sophisticated search facility has been added to allow for better categorisation of results, and extra information on products, solutions and support has been made available. Visitors can also use the device selector tool to compare and contrast features of different mobile devices on offer, such as which phone is best for features like applications, email, tools such as maps, and even which is the most durable or best for battery life.

A related content tool shows website users other pages that may be of interest to them, and additional guidance is also provided for customers through an updated support library.

All new visitors to the site will be asked to provide their feedback, with a chance to win an iPhone 3G.

Orange UK vice president of business Martin Stiven said: “We’re always looking to make life easier for our business customers, and this website will do just that, helping people find exactly what they’re looking for much more easily, simply by telling us the size of their business.

“It’s solutions driven, and with all of the content being tailored for specific types of customer, we’re confident that visitors will quickly get to the most relevant content for them that will help them work on the move and be more competitive.”
