Summary

All the networks were a flop for this Mystery Caller, with no resolution for either setting the ringtone or getting emails configured.

The range of answers was fairly disparate. For my downloaded ringtone, the excuses ranged from compatibility issues, to talk-throughs, to telling me it was impossible to do. Email responses followed the same line, jumping from add-ons and extra costs, to using mobile internet instead, right through to suggestions that it can work but how? Who knows. Some of the networks did perform better than others, with T-Mobile and Vodafone very helpful and inquisitive, while O2 and Virgin failed to deliver and comfort or knowledge at all.
