Daisy chief Matthew Riley (pictured left) said its acquisition of Fone Logistics will make it O2’s largest distributor.
Speaking in the immediate aftermath of the announcement of Daisy’s acquisition of Fone Logistics, Riley said: “We’re probably O2’s largest distributor now, bigger than Avenir.
“We want to be number one, which is why we have done this deal.”
Fone Logistics will be managed by Anglia Telecom going forward. Anglia Telecom managing director Dave McGinn (pictured right) said: “Our ethos is to deliver the best service to our partners, and we’re not going to change that.
“We don’t want to be the biggest just for the sake of it; we want to make the most of our offering to our partners and offer them the best service.”
