Distributor Kondor has won some O2 accessories business from rival 20:20 Mobile.
Both 20:20 Mobile and Kondor refused to comment on the story, but sources claimed 20:20 Mobile had lost certain accessories lines to Kondor, which has also secured deals with BlackBerry maker Research In Motion and noise-cancelling accessories brand Blackbox.
O2 said it remained “satisfied” with service levels it receives from 20:20 Mobile, which has retained much of the original contract.
Kondor supplies T-Mobile, Three and Virgin Mobile, among other retail brands. It works with Motorola, HTC, Samsung, Nokia, LG, Sandisk, Jabra and Parrot.
It has consumer brands including Disney, Playboy and Golla.
An O2 spokesperson said: “Our strategy is to work with suppliers who give exclusivity with major brands and innovation for customers.”
