Summary

Nokia proved a popular choice for prepay handsets within the budget, with three of five stores recommending its products.

The phone features available within the budget were very comprehensive and satisified the requirements for travel with the ability to snap the odd photo in a decent resolution and listen to music.

The standard of customer service was generally good. The Tesco visit offered a similar level of service to the Vodafone winner but the store layout lowered the score. Overall Vodafone managed to offer the best experience and network offer from travelling Europe on prepay.
