Leeds B2B dealer Blue Cow Mobile has overhauled its website.
Founder and managing director Andy Taylor said its redesigned website was six months in the making and reflects the company’s individuality in the market, and also its philosophy to keep things simple and yet at the same time maintain a high level of professionalism and customer information.
The firm is to launch a new online IM customer service tool for new and existing customers.
Taylor said: “The site is almost complete, and represents a significant facelift to the old site. There are a few more functions that will go live in a couple of weeks, including a live online help desk, which will allow customers to interact with a member of staff in a single mouse click.
“There are a few dealers out there with good websites, but we feel ours is different. And we don’t want to be like others.”
