Senior market handset manufacturer Doro has signed an agreement with Orange to range its PhoneEasy 410 handsets.
It is available in Orange stores nationwide and online, priced at £99 on prepay tariffs.
The first to be available on Orange, the 410 is a clamshell mobile that features enlarged backlit buttons for dialing, large screen characters, amplified sound quality and a vibrating ringer. All Doro mobiles have panic buttons on the underside that can be pre-programmed to automatically dial up to five assigned numbers in the event of an emergency.
Doro UK managing director Chris Millington said: “This handset is aimed at anyone who wants an easy-to-use mobile with simplified functions. We’re taking mobile devices back to basics and are pleased to be doing this with Orange UK. The deal builds on Doro’s growing international operator relationships.”
