Deal with 20:20 sees Unicom join the distributor’s ‘premier partner’ club where it will purchase all mobile devices through it exclusively
Telecom provider Unicom has signed an exclusive with handset distributor 20:20 Mobile as it looks to grow its B2B mobile base.
Unicom, which has around 85,000 fixed line customers, added mobile to its business in April with an Orange MVNO via enabler Transatel.
Unicom has joined 20:20 Mobile’s ‘premier partner’ club and is to purchase all mobile devices through it exclusively. Unicom is the seventh dealer to make this pledge since the club launched.
It will have access to 20:20 Mobile’s online portal for ordering and account management. 20:20 Mobile will handle all logistics, including virtual warehousing, repairs, returns and customer support.
Unicom operations director Chris Earle said: “Unicom has been looking for some time to provide a high-quality business-to-business mobile offering. We know 20:20 will allow our team to concentrate on offering the right solution for our customers.”
