Telecom recruitment specialist Wye Recruitment has launched a new web-based job matching search engine in a move it said would save employers thousands of pounds in recruitment costs
Wye Recruitment has introduced a new job search tool that allows recruiters to trawl and filter likely job candidates, and match their credentials easily with job criteria.
The new web search engine, powered by SalesMatch, takes in industry experience, professional background and behavioural assessment, and then matches the criteria with suitable job roles.
It gives employers a choice of three recruitment programmes – self service, assisted and fully managed service. The SalesMatch search parameters give the option of choosing a salesperson based on objective information provided by the candidates, not on their CV content.
Wye Recruitment director Spencer Davies (pictured) said: “The quality of the match that we’re able to supply is staggering – it’s both right for the candidate and the employer.
“In the long run we expect to save employers thousands of pounds in recruitment costs, as they’ll end up saving money by having to advertise less as our candidates have a history of being both successful and staying in their new roles.”
