Mainline offers Tariffcom to base

Mainline is offering its dealers access to tariff analysis bureau, Tariffcom, designed to help dealers better assess customer needs and sell them the right plan.

Tariffcom analyses three months of customer bills and carries out a breakdown of their usage, also including a comparison of costs for the requirements based on Orange business plans.

Mainline director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead said: “This is a very cost-effective service. The beauty of the analysis bureau is that it is a very successful way to save customers money and offer them a better deal suited to their individual needs.

“This also takes care of time-consuming bill analysis and minimises the time spent discussing cost with customers. It enables dealers to concentrate on Orange’s value benefits and offer an enhanced level of quality customer service.”

Used both Tariffcom & Tariffmatch – Tariffmatch service is Independant as they dont deal with customers and their service is all interactive and online…. also on mobile they automatically apply boltons. Altogether a far better service

Tariffmatch is far better solution, its independant, online and used by O2, VF, and their channel partners.

Unfortunately I think the obvious bias towards Orange will compromise the integrity of the scheme. Dealers offering price analysis and comparison need to look impartial.
