Outsourcery appoints two to hosting team in drive to lead hosted IT market
Unified communications provider Outsourcery has appointed Dan Germain and Ryan O’Reilly to its hosting team.
Germain joins as head of hosting infrastructure. He was previously chief technology officer at Cobweb Solutions, where he led a five-fold increase in the SaaS customer base as well as enhancing service delivery to exceed 99.9% availability for consecutive years.
Germain was also responsible for the delivery of Cobweb’s Hosted Messaging & Collaboration platform, adding 2,000 managed SME customers in two years.
O’Reilly has been appointed head of telecoms infrastructure and networks. Most recently he was operations director at Invomo where he implemented a number of TDM, VoIP and IP infrastructures for a number companies.
His recent focus has been the integration of multiple voice and IP networks, billing systems and staff structures after a series of strategic acquisitions involving Invomo.
