A round-up of deals available from mobile retailers online and on the high street

The BlackBerry Torch 9800, the latest smartphone from Research In Motion, is now available on Vodafone and Orange contracts. The cheapest deal is on the Orange Panther BlackBerry plan costing £35 a month with 600 minutes and 3,000 texts. That also comes with unlimited BlackBerry mobile internet and email, Sat Nav with Orange Maps, 50 free photo messages and unlimited calls to a user’s Magic Numbers. The cheapest plan on Vodafone will cost customers £37.50 a month and that offers 750MB of data. A free Nintendo Wii games console is being offered to customers when they sign up for a Curve 9300 on the Orange Dolphin BlackBerry £30 plan.

Contract deals are being offered on HTC’s two latest Android phones. The Wildfire is free on a £15 a month Vodafone contract over 24 months, offering 100 minutes and 500 texts. It is free on other selected Vodafone, Orange and Three contracts. The Desire is available for free on a £25 a month contract on O2 and Vodafone over 24 months, with both offering 300 minutes and unlimited texts. The ‘Deal of the Week’ sees the Nokia 6303i now available for £64.95 on prepay, with £85 knocked off the initial price. It’s available across all networks that Carphone offers and comes with a 3.2-megapixel camera, video recording and social networking integration.

Customers can pick up £100 worth of Thomas Cook vouchers when they sign up for a free Sony Ericsson Vivaz handset on a £20 a month deal offering 100 minutes, 500 texts and 250MB of mobile internet. Vodafone is also pushing one mobile broadband deal in particular. Customers will pick up a free Compaq Presario laptop when they sign up to a £35 a month mobile broadband deal over 24 months. The plan comes with a 3GB allowance per month.

T-Mobile has struck an exclusive. The Nokia 5230 is available for £99.99 on prepay and comes with 12 months unlimited music downloads from the Ovi Store for users to keep forever, six months free mobile internet and free Sat Nav with a car cradle. T-Mobile’s current unlimited text promotion applies also. Those topping up by £10 in a calendar month will receive unlimited texts for the following month. Nokia is again in the best of the deals with the C5 available for free on a £10 a month contract.

The Nokia E63 is being offered on Three’s Talker 900 plan for free when paying £18 a month. It comes with a mix of 900 minutes and texts, 5,000 Three-to-Three minutes and 1GB of mobile internet over 24-months. Three is also enabling customers to register their details for updates on the upcoming Windows Phone 7 and the chance to win one also.

The Motorola Flipout is now on sale at Fonehouse, costing £20 a month on T-Mobile and coming with a free colour case. The deal includes 300 minutes, 300 texts and a ‘Flexible Booster’ over 24 months. The Nokia E72 is being offered for free on a £25 a month T-Mobile contract offering 600 minutes, 500 texts, unlimited mobile internet and one free ‘Flexible Booster’.
