HTC Business established to provide companies with advice and support on choosing the most appropriate business package for them
HTC has launched HTC Business, a division aimed at supporting smartphone use within the business environment.
A team of experts will provide organisations with ongoing advice, support and additional resources, as well as helping companies choose the most appropriate mobile solution from HTC’s handsets
HTC Business will consist of a website for its business customers, a technical support team and a training team. The technical support team is tasked with helping businesses set-up and integrate HTC devices into back-end IT systems through a dedicated technical support service which is available during business hours. The business training team can also support organisations at the time of roll-out to ensure a successful implementation and reduce the number of internal support calls.
HTC Business customers will also be able to sample the handset manufacturer’s Android and Windows Phone 7 handsets thanks to loan schemes provided by HTC’s service provider partners. It said this will enable customers to be certain that the final HTC portfolio meets their IT and user needs before committing to any investment.
