Commission payments for dealers connecting T-Mobile were delayed this month after an internal technical fault
Airtime distributors alerted dealers this month of an error on T-Mobile’s systems for commission payments to all dealers.
All dealers connecting direct or through distribution experienced delays.
T-Mobile said the delay was caused by an internal system crash and all payments were subsequently made within 24 hours of the fault being fixed.
A T-Mobile spokesperson said: “Due to a technical fault with the system our payments were a day late. We had notified our channel partners about this. These payments have now been made.”
