A round-up of deals available from mobile retailers online and on the high street

There are a number of prepay phones on sale at half price at Phones 4U. The Nokia 2330 and Samsung Tocco Lite are both available on Vodafone and cost £19.45 and £64 respectively. The Nokia 6700 Slide is also available on O2 for £129.95. Phones 4U is also pushing the HTC Mozart – the Windows Phone 7 handset exclusive to Orange. It’s available on the network’s Panther 40 plan, offering 900 minutes, 3,000 texts and 750MB of monthly data for £35 a month.

Orange’s ‘Christmas Shop’ is now open. Under the banner ‘Festive Favourites’, the San Francisco – Orange’s first own-branded phone to be based on the Android operating system – is available for £99. There are also a number of laptop sleeves from BUILT, Tech21 and Phillips available for £8 each. Orange’s ‘Deal of the week’ sees the Sony Ericsson W995 in black on sale for £129 on prepay.

The LG Optimus One Navigation edition is given a push and is available on the network’s ‘Pay Monthly 40’ price plan offering 600 minutes, 500 texts, unlimited internet and a ‘flexible booster’. Like its rivals, T-Mobile also has a number of prepay offers on. The LG Viewty Snap is priced at £79.99 and comes with an M&S voucher to the value of £30, while the T-Mobile Vairy Touch and Vairy Text phones are priced at £29.99.

Vodafone is pushing its ‘BlackBerry on prepay’ promotion. The Pearl 3G in pink and black is available for £195.75, as is the Curve 9300 in red. The 8520 in a scarlet colour can be bought for £136.17.

According to O2, it has ‘more surprises this Christmas’. Five phones are on offer on prepay. The BlackBerry Curve 3G costs £200, Sony Ericsson X8 £135, LG Optimus GT540 £110, LG Viewty Snap £85 and LG A133 £35. Customers can also save £10 on a number of other prepay handsets such as the Samsung Monte for £110, LG Town GT350 and LG Pop in blue for £70, Samsung C3300 Libre for £50 and the Huawei G7002 for £30.

The retailer is getting into the Christmas spirit by knocking £50 off the original price of the BlackBerry Curve 8520. Now costing £129.95, the smartphone is available on O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone prepay tariffs, subject to a £10 top-up. The phone is also now available for free on £15 a month contracts over 24 months. The O2 deal offers 100 minutes and unlimited texts while the Vodafone deal offers 100 minutes and 500 texts. The Samsung Tocco Lite and Sony Ericsson Spiro are now being sold at half price. The Tocco Lite costs £44.95 whereas the Spiro is now priced at £39.95. Both are available on O2, Orange, T-Mobile, Virgin, Vodafone and Talk Mobile prepay deals.
