“Despite the nation struggling to repay its debt, there will be good sales opportunities in our sector.
“The market is mature, competitive and predatory, and new business will be hard to win and to retain.
“But, of any sector to be in during recession, unified comms provision is not a bad place to be.
“It provides customers with opportunities to save money and work more efficiently.
“Dealers not already familiar with provision of tailor-made private circuits, hosted IT and associated voice and data products will struggle.”
