AMC sales manager Mark Burland reckons the trend of large dealers snapping up smaller ones will continue at pace

“We will continue to see smaller indirect partners snapped up as larger dealers follow acquisition strategies, rather than old-fashioned organic growth.

“Dealers selling ‘value-added’ services rather than ‘cost-cutting’ ones will be rewarded, and be able to switch to unified comms provision.

“We’ll see a divide between dealers focused on quality and retention and those concerned with box shifting and sales volumes.”
