“We are extremely fortunate to have a product set that is vital and not a just a luxury. It is an incredibly competitive market, but one that grabs customer interest.
“But we are at a crossroads. Companies that are not forward-thinking, or which struggle to move on from selling call plans, will disappear.
“I see more pressure from operators looking for dealerships to back, which will represent their brands to the highest standards.
“The job for dealers will be more complex and difficult in the year ahead, as it should be.”
