Birmingham based retailer names Richard Moore as new head of international as it looks to push further into Europe
Birmingham based accessories retailer Mobile Fun has appointed Richard Moore as its new head of international in an attempt to grow its presence in Europe.
Moore (pictured) will be in charge of growing the company’s French and German websites as well as overseeing the launch of its Spanish and Dutch websites later this year.
He joins from Lifewise Publishing where he was director of operations.
Moore said of his appointment: “I am eager to bring my international experience to the table by working with the rest of the executive management team to maximise Mobile Fun’s success and raise international awareness of our wide range of products.”
Mobile Fun managing director Mohammed Hussain said: “His [Moore’s] appointment will strengthen our continuing growth – both within the UK and abroad by ensuring that all international opportunities are identified and acted on as quickly as possible.”
Mobile Fun currently supplies 7,000 products to 21 countries across Europe.
