The Access package – for customers in non-local loop-unbundling (LLU) areas – is available for £25 a month and provides customers with download speeds of up to 8Mbps and upload
speeds of up to 443Kbps.
The product comes with a router, security and a 24-hour technical support service. Non-O2 customers are required to pay an additional £5 a month for each plan.
Customers can pay an additional £10 a month to be given a 24-hour fix guarantee and a back-up broadband dongle in the case of an emergency.
O2 general manager of small and medium business Simon Devonshire said: “We understand just how vital internet access is to our customers in terms of managing their day-to-day operations.
“We also know the pressure they are under to cut costs, save time and improve efficiency.”
