20:20 Mobile plans “full scale supply chain” for Eastern and Central Europe
Distributor 20:20 Mobile is opening regional offices in Warsaw and Budapest as part of plans to expand its business in Central and Eastern Europe over the next year.
The Crewe-based firm will kickstart the expansion by offering a third-party warehousing and logistics service.
20:20 Mobile UK, Central and Eastern Europe managing director James Browning said the firm aims to build a “full-scale supply chain” serving countries including Poland, Slovakia, and Romania.
“This is the first phase of the expansion, and we anticipate strong growth from the region over the coming years,” he added.
20:20 Mobile says the expansion will help reduce lead times and make smaller orders more cost-effective for its customers.
Formerly 20:20 Mobile UK managing director, Browning took responsibility for Central and Eastern European in March following a restructuring which divided the firm’s operations into four markets.
The other regions are Nordic, Iberia and the Middle East.
