BlackBerry users still seeing delays to messages and browsing despite RIM claiming that issues had been resolved
RIM is still working to try to restore full data services, 10 hours after claiming the “issue was resolved and services are operating normally”.
In a new statement, the firm has said that some users are still experiencing messaging and browsing delays.
The statement said: “Some users in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, India, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina are experiencing messaging and browsing delays.
“We are working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.”
