Two events held at RIM offices in Slough and Glasgow were a chance for dealers to meet with O2, BlackBerry and Avenir decision makers
Avenir Telecom’s O2 Approved Partners were invited to events held at RIMs offices in Slough and Glasgow earlier this week.
Partners attending the bi-annual meetings which took on a new format where partners attended clinics where they were briefed on new products and operational, sales and marketing strategies.
They were also able to meet with key decision makers from Avenir, O2 and BlackBerry who fielded questions and concerns from attendees.
Avenir Telecom managing director Andy Tow (pictured) said the distributor’s O2 Approved Partner scheme was the largest in the country and this meant it was important to hold such events where partners and suppliers could communicate.
“We are finding that our team of experts, from sales and marketing to finance and operations, can really help our stockists to grow their businesses and the fact that we are supported by our strategic partners at O2 and RIM, means that we really can offer best in class,” Tow said.
“The new format of our meetings was met with very positive feedback, especially the clinics which give everyone the opportunity to share their ideas and concerns.”
