Lycamobile Polish launch is the third this year behind France and Germany and is part of £132 million global investment
Lycamobile yesterday officially launched its services in Poland – its third global launch so far this year after Germany and France.
The MVNO, which claims to have over 6.5 million global customers partnered with Polish operator Polkomtel to run out the service.
Lycamobile CEO Milind Kangle said the Polish launch which is part of a wider £132 million global investment put the company ahead of its MVNO competitors.
“Our acceleration during 2011 has created significant distance between us and our nearest competitors which will only grow as we add further countries in 2011 and 2012,” Kangle said.
“We are delighted to welcome Polish customers to the Lycamobile family and are committed to deliver a high quality service which will enable our customers to stay in touch with friends and family worldwide at the most affordable prices.”
