Simon Holmyard takes up the new role at the operator in a move Vodafone says highlights its continued support of public sector transformation
Vodafone UK has appointed Simon Holmyard as its first head of public services network (PSN).
Holmyard has spent three-and-a-half years at the operator, holding the roles of public sector business development manager, enterprise sector sale manager for the corporate and public sector and principal sales manager.
Vodafone said Holmyard will represent its expertise in delivering innovative communications solutions and services that will support the demands of the new government ICT strategy and the PSN framework itself.
He will work closely with the Cabinet Office and other key areas that are tasked with the PSN’s development and delivery, as well as with Vodafone’s public service teams.
