Doro UK launches fourth advertising campaign


Television and online campaign targeting Doro’s core audience of 65 years and upwards, running until Christmas Eve

Senior market handset manufacturer Doro has launched its latest advertising campaign, which has begun on ITV1, ITV3, Channel 4 and Channel Five. The campaign launched on November 4 and runs through to Christmas Eve.

The advert is voiced by Hugh Bonneville, an actor currently starring in ITV1’s period drama series Downton Abbey. It includes speech bubbles highlighting the key messages of Doro’s handsets; Easy-to-Use, Easy-to-See and Easy-to-Hear.

The adverts are also accompanied by a backing track composed specifically for Doro in its home country of Sweden.

The campaign is accompanied by online display ads, with the aim of raising both brand awareness and drive traffic through Doro’s website and to its retail partner’s high street and online stores. These partners include Carphone Warehouse, Currys, PC World, Orange, Tesco Mobile and Virgin Media.
