House of Fraser campaign includes Wi-Fi, Priority Moments and location-based messaging

O2 has delivered its first custom-built advertising campaign for department store chain House of Fraser, incorporating services from both O2 Media and O2 Wi-Fi.

As part of the campaign House of Fraser is offering fee Wi-Fi in 11 stores in partnership with O2, which is generating customer data for the chain.

The service is on top of the O2 Priority Moments House of Fraser promotion, which offers House of Fraser customers who spend more than £40 a £15 House of Fraser voucher.

The Priority Moments has featured in O2’s above the line advertising campaign for the service.

In addition, O2 Media is using location-based services to direct O2 customers to nearby House of Fraser stores with picture and video messages.

O2 director new business development Tim Sefton (pictured) said: “This is a first for O2 on a number of levels, but particularly this is the first time we have combined different elements of our business to deliver a proposition to a customer that can really engage and grab the attention of the consumer.”
