Datashare enables dealers to identify Orange customers that are due for upgrade in advance of the three month period before the end of their contract

Everything Everywhere distributor Mainline Digital Communications is supplying its dealers with retention service Datashare to help them retain their Orange customers.

Datashare enables dealers to identify Orange customers that are eligible for an upgrade ahead of their contract period.

The data comes directly from Orange and is reformatted by Mainline. It is supplied monthly and is downloadable via the dealer’s individual iManage account with the diustributor.

Mainline’s business development managers review the data with dealers to ensure they have a plan in place to follow up with customers, maximising their use of data.

Mainline director of dealer sales Gail Hollinshead (pictured) said: “This is a great new value added service from Mainline. It allows dealers to ensure they are contacting existing customers well in advance of the three-month window of opportunity before the end of their contract.”
