Daisy Group offering mobile recording solution

Exclusive partnership with Compliant Phones sees firm react quickly to new rules set by the Financial Services Authority on November 14  

Unified communications provider Daisy Group has partnered exclusively with independent mobile and voice recording company Compliant Phones to offer Daisy Mobile Recording.

The service enables users to record calls, voicemail and text messages. Users can also roam across any network within any country and remain compliant.

Recorded communications are stored either in a cloud network or within the client’s data centre so they can searched, played back and managed through a secure web console.

Daisy has so far worked with Compliant Phones to provide mobile recording for 60 banks, brokers and other financial institutions.

Daisy Group said demand for mobile recording had been increased by new rules from the Financial Services Authority that came into force on November 14, requiring traders to record mobile communications.

It added it had seen a growing requirement for this service from other areas such as the public and healthcare sectors that record calls for liability protection and service quality assurance purposes.
