Distributor described as “polite” and “professional” by O2 staff

Avenir Telecom has won o2 Partner Customer Services Partner of the year, an award voted for by O2 partner customer services staff.

O2 staff described the Avenir team as “approachable”, “polite” and “professional”.

O2 head of partner and premium SME customer services Sonia Leighton: “On behalf of the whole O2 Partner Customer Service team I would like to congratulate the Avenir Telecom team on their continued efficiency and professionalism.”

Avenir managing director Andy Tow (pictured) said: “As O2’s strategic partner we are extremely proud of our relationship and how our teams work together, and we hope this will continue for many years to come.”
