“There’s no getting away from the fact that for increasing numbers of business users their mobile device has become their comms tool of choice.
“Consequently, a lot of our resellers are changing their commission structures for sales staff to reward sales of applications attached to communication systems.
“Also, as a result of the iPhone generation, many end users now use business applications in their business environment.
“The challenge for suppliers and the channel is how to integrate mobile usage into the existing communications infrastructure.
“We also see a major increase in the use of video conferencing.”
