Purchase of ANOVO’s Swedish business completes one of Regenersis’ expansion priorities and expands its geographical footprint to eight countries
Recycling and repair company Regenersis has acquired rival ANOVO Nordic for an undisclosed fee. The ANOVO Nordic business, its employees and sites will be integrated into Regenersis.
The purchase of ANOVO Nordic, which is the Swedish arm of repair and logistics company ANOVO, further ewxtends Regenersis’ geographical footprint to eight countries and 17 facilities.
Regenersis claimed this will enable it to better serve existing customers who require Pan-European solutions, and will deliver additional benefits to customers in Scandinavia by taking advantage of some of Regenersis’ technology innovations, scale and financial security.
Regenersis group managing director Ian Powell said: “The entry into Nordics was one of our expansion priorities. The acquisition will provide more opportunity to deliver glo0bal solutions to our customers.
Regenersis Nordic AB managing director Roger Engström said: “Combining our industry knowledge will definitely increase our added value solutions for the technology industry as reverse logistics hubs, warranty entension programs and regeneration solutions in Sweden as well as in the other Nordic countries.”
