Micro-P VIP schemes to take top performing Nokia dealers on a ski trip to Meribel, France and a golf trip to Valderrama, Spain
Micro- P is currently running two incentives aimed at boosting sales of Nokia Lumia products in both the B2B and consumer channels.
The incentives known as Micro-P VIP will see two groups of dealers taken on a ski holiday to Meribel in France and a golf trip to Valderrama the home of this years Ryder Cup.
Both incentives have been running since January and with the ski offer ending in the first week of March and the golf offer ending at the end of May.
The ski trip will see the dealers who sell the most Nokia products by March 9 taken to Meribel later that month.
The golf trip will see 20 dealers – 10 from the B2B sector and 10 from the B2C channel who sell the most Nokia products by May 4 taken to Spain.
They will then play against each other in Ryder Cup format on the course over three days.
Micro-P mobile division general manager John Doughty (pictured) says the incentives build on the work Micro-P has done promoting the Nokia brand since it won the distribution contract from 20:20 Mobile and Data Select last year.
“These incentives build on the work we did in Q4 working with resellers and dealers during the launch of the Lumia range into particular the consumer space,” Doughty said.
“With these incentives we want to make sure the Lumia transitions into the B2B space and grows its market share in that channel.”
