Latest handset from manufacturer to go on sale in the UK through major channels in the coming weeks
Motorola Mobility is to release its Android-powered Motoluxe smartphone nationwide at the end of February.
The handset runs off the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and features a four inch touchscreen, eight megapixel autofocus camera with flash and digital zoom, front-facing VGA camera for video calling and up to 32GB of external memory.
It uses Motorola’s MotoSwitch user interface and features the Social Graph feature, which learns who the user contacts most and populates their details on the phone’s home screen.
The Activity Graph focuses on the user’s app habits, automatically changing to reflect the apps used most to provide customisable menus.
Motorola Mobility senior marketing director for Europe Marcus Frost said: “Not only does this smartphone have a big screen and the latest entertainment tools, it’s affordable and won’t take a bite out of your budget.”
