ANOVO wins contract for repairs of Huawei handsets, tablets and broadband products, and is also appointed as an after-sales partner for the manufacturer
Huawei has selected repairs and logistics company ANOVO as its UK repair centre and after-sales partner.
The two companies have been working together since 2010, with ANOVO providing service solutions to Huawei’s operator and retailer customer base.
ANOVO will now provide service solutions for Huawei’s mobile phones, tablets and broadband products.
Services provided will include returns avoidance, technical call centre and a range of repair and configuration services.
