Manufacturer claims the latest addition to its RAZR portfolio offers the longest talk time of any smartphone
Motorola Mobility will release its RAZR MAXX smartphone next month across Europe and the Middle East, which it claims offers the longest talk time of any smartphone at 17.6 hours.
The RAZR MAXX is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and initially runs Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, although this can be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 at a later date.
It has a 4.3-inch scratch-resistant touchscreen, a splashguard coating to protect from spillages, eight megapixel rear camer and 1.3 megapixel forn camera, HD video recording and 16GB of internal memory, which can doubled with a microSD card.
The handset also comes preloaded with the Motocast app, enabling users to stream or download content from a home or work computer straight onto the device.
Users can also collaborate in real-time using GoToMeeting, and create and edit files on the phone with QuickOffice.
