Website aimed at SMEs and sole traders to enable them to instantly manage their communications
O2 Ireland has launched a new online store that allows SMEs and sole traders to manage their mobile, fixed and broadband needs without having to phone a call centre or visit a store.
At www.o2.ie/businessshop, visitors can place orders for phones, fixed lines broadband, accessories and car kits. They can also check which phones are due upgrades, update individual plans when travelling, check the status of orders, add or cancel individual subscriptions and amend billing details.
O2 Ireland business director Alan Brown said: “We appreciate how busy small businesses are. The O2 online business store will help them fast track and manage all their vital communications requirements from their desk, at home or on the road at a time that suits them.
