Contract customers can now use UK price plan allowances in Europe for £3 per day
Vodafone has launched a scheme where pay monthly and business customers can use their voice, text and mobile internet allowance across Europe for £3 per day.
While using the Vodafone EuroTraveller, customers will also be able to receive calls and texts free of charge. To opt in, contract customers can call 5555 at any time and will be charged the £3 fee when they use their phones abroad.
The operator has also reduced prices in its Europe zone ready for this year’s holiday season with calls now costing 28.8p per minute, texts at 8.9p and mobile internet is now 69.6p per MB. The list of countries in the network’s Europe Zone is listed on its website.
