Virgin Media veteran comes into fill the role left vacant by Graham Baxter’s promotion last year
Three has appointed Bryn Jones as its new chief technology officer. He reports to Graham Baxter, who moved from the role last July to become Three’s chief operations officer.
Jones (pictured) was at Virgin Media for a decade, having joined the MVNO in 2001.
There he was head of technical strategy and director of mobile delivery. For his final year at the company he was technology engagement director for mobile, voice and national broadband.
Since leaving Virgin Media last June, he had been a telecoms and IT consultant for his own firm, Bryn Jones Consulting.
