Summary

I was surprised by the lack of pricing knowledge in the 02 store as Carphone were able to give me 02 pricing. The long wait in the Orange store was disappointing. Three were able to find me information and explained it clearly.

However, Ben at Vodafone came top this week, purely for the time he gave me and the enthusiasm he showed. He explained everything in easy-to-understand terms and was as interested as me to find out the pricing. This store is definitely worth a visit for the great customer service.
