Samsung has partnered with Three to offer customers an application offering them exclusive content, images, news and mobile wallpapers from world and Olympic cycling champion Victoria Pendleton.

The Victoria Pendleton Road to Victory app will be available to download from Samsung Apps from July 23 on the handset manufacturer’s Galaxy devices running off the Three network.

Customers who download the app will be able to enter a competition to win a track day with Pendelton. The ten winners will get tips from her to improve their own cycling and will also be able to ask her questions about her Olympic experiences to date.

Samsung UK and Ireland telecommunications and networks division vice president Simon Stanford said: “Excitement around the Olympic Games is building every day and we at Samsung are delighted to be able to offer Three customers the chance to enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes content from Olympic hopeful Victoria Pendleton.

“As the Wireless Partner for the London 2012 Olympic Games – we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to take part in this historic sporting event, and the Road to Victory app is the another way for everyone to be involved.”
