O2 launches new prepay tariff that rewards loyalty

Customers can receive additional calls, texts, data and a percentage back on top-ups at three month periods

O2 has launched ‘Pay & Go Go Go’, a new prepay tariff that rewards customers with additional monthly allowances the longer they stay on it.

New customers spending £10 will initially receive 75 minutes, 500 texts, 100MB of data and five per cent back on their top-ups.

After three months that will increase to 150 minutes, 1,000 texts and 200MB of data, six months in they will receive 10 per cent back on their top-ups and after nine months their allowance will increase to 150 minutes, unlimited texts and 200MB of data. They will also keep the 10 per cent back on top-ups.

Those spending £20 will initially receive 250 minutes, 2,500 texts and 250MB of data, with five per cent back on their top-ups.

They will then have their allowances doubled after three months, will receive 10 per cent back on top-ups after six months and receive 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 500MB of data at the nine month point. They can also keep the 10 per cent back on top-ups.

In addition after nine months, customers will also receive offers on new handsets and deals with O2 Priority Moments. Existing customers joining Pay & Go Go Go will automatically start with the three month bundle.

O2 UK marketing and consumer director Sally Cowdry said: “At O2 we’ve always prioritised loyal customers with offers like Fair Deal, O2 Rewards and Priority Moments. Pay & Go Go Go is yet another way of us rewarding and recognising that loyalty.”
