Summary

Vodafone offered the best customer service by far. Nitin listened to my requirements and suggested a perfect solution.

The Three store was poor for customer service but looked good and had one of the best tariffs.

Virgin offered a very impressive 600 minutes, but Michael didn’t seem interested in serving me and just went through the motions.

Brandon at the Orange store lacked handset knowledge and was clearly not good at customer service.

O2 was the biggest let-down. Mosa was very uninterested in my query and could not demonstrate the handsets competently.
